Debbie is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) who meets with people of all ages, including children, youth, adults, parents, and families, who are dealing with the aftermath of trauma and/or pain in their relationships. She helps people explore their true intentions, emotions, and needs that are being expressed through confusing behaviours, hurtful communication, and general distress.
Therapy is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of yourself, learn new ways to cope with challenging circumstances, build language to express yourself more clearly, and improve your relationships. It takes a lot of courage to reach out. You will find that Debbie has a patient and nurturing approach, and works together with you to set the pace, goals, and customized plan of therapy based on your personal or family needs.
