Existing or former clients are welcome to use this booking site to manage their appointments. The online booking calendar allows booking up to two months in advance. Please contact me if you can’t find an appointment time, and I will discuss options with you. If you’re new here, you are invited to join a waiting list for services. When space opens for new clients, people on the waiting list will be invited to have a free 15-minute inquiry call prior to booking an appointment. Please email dwagler@pivotalmoments-mhs.ca if you would like to be contacted when space is available.

Arrival instructions. Due to ongoing construction on Frederick Street, please allow extra time to arrive for your in-person appointments. You are advised to use Google Maps to direct you to the office, as the road closures can change day to day. Frederick Street is currently closed at Ann Street. If you arrive via highway 7/8 at Bruce Street, please turn left on Bruce, left on Victoria, left on Edna, and right on Frederick to reach the office. Please park on a nearby side street (Chestnut St or Pequegnat Ave) where there is free 2-hour parking. For appointments at 5 pm or later, you are welcome to use the parking lot behind the office. The sign on the front door says “Willow and Oak.” Please remove your wet shoes and help yourself to the provided slippers or bring your own. Please have a seat in the lobby or the main floor waiting area (past the stairs), where I will meet you.

Psychotherapy

Debbie is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) who meets with people of all ages, including children, youth, adults, parents, and families, who are dealing with the aftermath of trauma and/or pain in their relationships. She helps people explore their true intentions, emotions, and needs that are being expressed through confusing behaviours, hurtful communication, and general distress. Therapy is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of yourself, learn new ways to cope with challenging circumstances, build language to express yourself more clearly, and improve your relationships. It takes a lot of courage to reach out. You will find that Debbie has a patient and nurturing approach, and works together with you to set the pace, goals, and customized plan of therapy based on your personal or family needs.
